The hotel's location is excellent, close to water buses and taxis, and St Zachariah's church. Castello district is worth looking into. The property offers very very good and delicious breakfast.

Great location. Accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Room faced internal courtyard used by smokers. Smoke and noise was a bit of a problem, unfortunately necessitating closing of window at night.

Cozy hotel and small balcony with internal view. Newly renovated. Convenient location, the waterbus stop is in front of the hotel and Piazza S. Marco is in 5 mins walk.

The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting Venice(5 min from Piazza San Marco, by foot) and also for those coming from Marco Polo airport( 1 min from San Zaccaria boat station). The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and polite, breakfast was ok.

The room where we stood was very very small.
